Esparto’s 6th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting will take place again this year on the second Friday of December: Mark your calendar for December 8th and join your family, friends and neighbors at the Boy Scout Cabin on Yolo Avenue to enjoy this Esparto tradition.

The event will again feature a Christmas Carol sing-a-long led by Calvary Baptist Church, complementary cookies, coffee and cocoa as well as activities hosted by our local high school leaders and clubs and other community organizations. Many downtown businesses will be open before and after the festivities for dinner and shopping.

Activities at the Boy Scout cabin will begin at 6:00 p.m. Santa will arrive in a fire engine to magically LIGHT THE TREE at 6:30! Santa will remain on site after for pictures.
